Bell Bike Handlebar Quick Release Basket - Black : Target
I always warn people of putting too heavy of items or pets in a front basket. It throws off your steering. I would say about 5 lbs would be max I would put in the front. A few weeks ago I had my front basket with some take out food, a lock, and my small purse. It was way too much weight for the front. If you turn a bit, the weight makes you turn more. A heavier dog would be better with a crate or basket attached to rear pannier racks and strapped in. Or a tow behind you trailer like Laura and Mike have.
