It's either hydrocephalus or those pics have been photoshopped enlarging the eyes, in an attempt to make them more appealing to segments of society wanting large eyed, smushed face puppies. My guess is the pups come from a breeder in another country (Korean?) and are being brokered here.
I followed a link to the fb page and made a comment about the dogs appearing ill. The comment won't stay up I'm sure, but maybe a few buyers will see it and at least think twice.
