Don't freak out just yet, it could be something as simple as an Ovarian Cyst. I had the same kind of pain yrs ago & the cyst was almost the size of a golf ball, ouch !
It was very painful but was gone in a month with the birth control pill. Just get to the Dr as soon as you can. I will be Praying it's something simple like mine was.
