I get all of this across my FB page, since I'm actively involved with rescue. I've been following Rosie from the beginning. I must admit I had no idea what breed she was until I just read this article you posted. Rosie is doing much better now, as good as she can I guess. It's so sad to see dogs like this and know how long they must have lived in this condition before they were found and then even sadder those that are never found and continue to live like this until they die.
