For the finish, try treating her into the side sit position. You will need to go slowly and just hold the treat an inch or so beyond her nose.

For Stand; try training her to stand on a table. There you can easily put a Kleenex box between her front and back legs, then say Stay. She won't easily be able to move her feet.

The finish if she misses it, is only a couple of points deduction. The failure to stand for examination might be more serious deduction and or a fail. If you want to know look up the AKC obedience rules to find out.
