Sending prayers your way Sarah. I had something similar about 12 years ago. It was an ovarian cyst that never burst. That sucker was 12 lbs when they had to remove my ovary. I didn't have pain with it though until it was huge.
I looked 7 months pregnant and thought I had just gained weight. Hopefully it is just a cyst and it will burst on its own, I know they are painful for most women. IDK why I never had pain until it was so huge. Do you have an OB/GYN that you can go to. My family doctor referred me straight away to one in another city (our tiny town doesn't have one
