Store manager or sales person probably so afraid of somehow somebody complaining about poor Jack being there, they missed the point of a customer badly in need of a little help from the store & any potential other customers right then. I'm sure every one of them would have gladly waited if they had been so worried about having him in there! His presence sure wouldn't have bothered me or most women, I am certain.
