Good Cookbook To Go By One of the cookbooks we use a lot is called "The Complete Step-by-Step Diabetic Cookbook".
It's great and you don't have to be a diabetic to use this cookbook. The doctor told me this is a great way for anyone to eat.
For each recipe, it gives:
Serving size
Calories
Carbohydrates
Protein
Fat
Calories
Fiber
Sodium
Cholesterol
It's a great book to go by. Using this book will mean you're eating according to the basics of good nutrition that provides a foundation for good health.
