I used to do medical transcription for a hospital here in Hawaii. It was ok. If you can buckle down and not get distracted to easy then it could be for you. Depends what company you work for the pay can be ok. One of my good friends who lives here in Hawaii works for an online company. After I had my 3rd child I stopped because there was no way I could concentrate. lol I could have worked late at night but I needed my sleep.
