Charlie was the bigger of the two in the litter. His parents are both smaller than him in the and defiantly under 7 lbs. His breeder said she guessed he may get around 7 lbs or maybe a little more. He's now at 11 lbs and pretty sure he's done growing. You never know I guess. I'm sure in most cases breeding two small dogs you would get pups around the same size but there is always that chance they'll pick up great grandpas genes who was a bigger size.
jUst like people. I have 6 brothers and sisters. All of us are pretty much average size except for the second to youngest brother, Kyle. He towers over all of us including my dad. He's very tall and just a big kid. Some of his friends call him Bruno because he's so big. LOL My point is, I have no idea where it came from, but somehow he just ended up bigger than all of us. |
