He does best on Acana. They do have the Singles line now, but it's definitely pricey (I pay $18.99 for a 5lb bag of lamb & apple). We're on the grain-free variety of Acana now which he does well on too. Most LID foods are going to be a bit more expensive. Fromm is actually one of the cheaper foods here at my local pet store.
If I'm going to order online and don't want to buy a big bag, I throw in some treats and chews, etc, to add the price up to $49 to get the free shipping. It's stuff we needed anyways so I look at it that way.  |
Im not sure how he'll do on it either, it wasn't my first choice in regard to try and rule out allergies, but at least if he is still itchy on it, we know that it isn't just grains that are a trigger. His coat is really super dull on the Authority, as well.
