The cat poop bandit has struck again! So I thought I had this problem solved by getting a lid for the litter box and positioning the litter box in such a way that only the cat can access it. My cat is the most graceful and agile cat on earth....Brandi not so much so I thought. Brandi has 4 left paws. She has absolutely no agility at all so i was pretty confident she would not be able to get into the litter box.
Well yesterday morning, I get out of the shower and my little one is chewing on something, I go to get a closer looker and of course she took off running. So now I am running through the house with just towel wrapped around me trying to catch her. Of course she thinks it's a game and she's loving it. So finally I gave her my stern 'this is not playtime voice" and she does her little submissive roll on her back. Now Brandi over the years has figured out that when she does this instead of being discipline (not physically of course...more like a good stern no) she gets hugs and kisses.
Anyway I go to look to see what and to my surprise it is cat poop. She would not let it go so now I have to take my bare hands and try and pull hard cat poop out of her mouth. Now I am wondering how long has this been going on. Heck just last night she was trying to get to it.
I can't put the cat litter box up too high as my cat is getting up there in age is doesn't have the same pep in her step anymore. I don't what to do. Maybe I can try giving the cat something that will make her poop totally disgusting to Brandi. |
