I would be really worried about thick yellow stuff. My Yorkie used to vomit up clearish, foamy liquid when he went too long without eating, and the vet said that was normal and to try to not let him go too long without eating. But thick yellow vomit? That sounds very different. I would call the vet. Also if she wouldn't settle down in her crate last night, it might have been because she didn't feel well.
