Zachary's hair was straight and parted in the middle on his back when we got him at 14 weeks of age. He is now 5 months old. When we had him groomed a couple of weeks ago, we got his fur cut quite short because of matting. NOW his fur is coming in curly and cottony!! It is totally different than it was before.
I was told that sometimes the adult fur WILL come in different than the puppy fur and I believe that. It is short so it doesn't tangle so I don't know if I will have the same problem as I did before if it gets longer. It will probably be kept short but I am not sure about that.
