It is hard to say what he will do for size. Some lines seem to mature and reach size earlier, others don't. Once he is closer to a year old you'll have a better idea about size although some do keep growing after a year.
The important part is that he is healthy and certainly with his size you can enjoy going for longer walks and he can rough house much more than a very small Yorkie.
