Oh I know! So many people here are proactive, they found jobs and left the company... making this place really quiet and lonely and empty! Morale is so low, there was actually a manager meeting yesterday to discuss how to raise it. They are making a 'playroom' here with a foosball table, Wii game console and other things.... just to try to keep people's spirits up... but the ironic part of that is, with soooo many people leaving those that are left have too much work to do to go to a playroom!
