It's fine. I wasn't really expecting you to have a difinitive answer. I assume it will take a few weeks to see a difference. I really don't know what her itching stems from. She is a Biewer and has that unpigminted sensitive skin so it could be that, or it could be allergies.

I do love the shampoo though!!
