What??? What???

I am not believing what I am reading! He is drunk all of the time?? Please know that I don't mean this the way that it is going to sound, but I can't think of any other way to ask it...but why did anyone go back to this vet knowing that he may or may not be a boozer on the job? I am in
NO WAY saying it's the fault of anyone who knew whatsoever. It is
absolutely not! I just think that, now that this vet's negligence is is so plain to see, it should be shouted out so that everyone in your community knows about it. God...it's so scary. Whether it be vets, doctors or anyone we are forced to trust with our own lives or the lives of the ones we love, you never know which ones fail to realize the importance and love of another life other than what exists for themselves. It is just so heartbreaking when things like this happen. My prayers are with this poor girl and her beloved little baby. Please let her know that our thoughts and prayers are with her.
