Has he been blinking? Usually I think it's just eye boogers that end up on their eyes sometime. Yes, they may hump at that age, it's just in their nature though some Yorkies do it for dominance reasons. Usually people wait until at least 6 to 8 months, but ask your vet when the best time is.
