I sorry your babies are sick, its always especially harder when you have multiples.
Did the vet say anything about probiotic yogurt for them?
Great recipe...put yogurt in a cleaned out squeeze bottle, I used a mini heinz bottle, make yogurt drops size of dimes on parchment paper or wax on a baking sheet and freeze it at least overnight.
Boiled brown rice and shredded chicken with a lil canned pumpkin is our tummy trouble cure all 3the day miracle here.
Dogs can take pepto ask vet for dosage by weight.
