[My baby Milo]

My yorkie has been licking and scooting again. He has had a problem with this before. I feed him natural balance duck and potato food Green beans, carrots and Cheerios for treats. I read somewhere that to many vetegatables weren't good. Today while I was gone he had poop on his pad and it was normal on one pad and the other one had loose on it with yellow jell like stuff on it. Could that b from his anal gland? It didn't have a smell or anything. Just wondering if anyone had any advice?
