Ok, so at 10am I am interviewing for a managerial position within my building. I've been working here since 2000 and know the place like the back of my hand, know how it runs, the staff, the students, etc . . .so why am I sooo nervous?
I'm the first interview (which may be good/may be bad) I am going in blind with no inkling of any questions, who is on the panel, etc . . .I'm not really one for the element of surprise . . .
I'm hoping to do well . . .
Good thoughts/well wishes would be awesome, I need all the help I can get . . .
