Agreed. You know it pretty much shocked me to see that apparently this type of testing apparently hasn't even been done by a seemingly independent third party tester and there doesn't seem to be one single option for a small dog that doesn't have one drawback or the other. Nor, apparently, do large dogs have anything all that great.
