I would ask alot of questions about how the puppy is potty-ing. This comes in handy later when you see their little habits and are able to set up the pads or cues the same as at the breeders. We didn't have any sucess with Ziva until I put the pad in the same south location of the room as she had it.Ziva's mom spun to say she needed to go potty- Ziva didn't get that- she spins afterwards!
