I did try calling L'Oreal, and went through the endless phone tree, only to be disconnected just when I felt I might be getting close to a live person
I am going to try to find a cap that fits the bottle and replace the pump with that. In my product graveyard (all the crap that I've tried and hate but save for some reason) there's bound to be something that'll fit
