My favorite places to look,,, Ross,TJMAXX,PetCo,sometimes PetSmart,Target and Walmart. At 4lbs you might start out with XS. I have had the best luck with Ross. Mina gets dressed everyday,my teeth get brushed,her teeth get brushed (she LOVES her puppy toothpaste!),my hair get fixed,her hair gets fixed. This is the only way that I remember. I let her run around naked all day for the first time ,ever, and she hid in her crate and pouted all day.
