He's been a pretty sick little guy & had a lot of meds so he'll likely act differently & do all kinds of strange things for the next few days. Just call the vet or run him in if you get too alarmed by anything. The cath probably damaged some tiny cells in his urethra and there is some swelling plus his meds can affect bladder control. Keep him extremely quiet & fed/hydrated and keep up his meds and watch him closely, even nights set the clock to wake & be sure he's acting okay and no bloody diarrhea/vomiting anywhere in the house. I'm glad to know he's apparently through the crisis part of this terrible stuff! His life probably depended on how fast you got him into the vet!
