I eat them by the handful!! Wht about recipe ideas/alternate uses? I've thought of a couple

Salad toppers ~ here is a "recipe idea" I found online
At dd's baptism the caterer served a salad with wasabi peas, goat cheese, raspberries over mesclun.
What about ground up in cereal or bread crumbs and used to coat chicken or pork?????
Am I the only weirdo addicted to these things??
