I have made up my mind, if Choco comes back he will not be going back to his current owners. All of my co-workers are in agreement that he does not belong with them at all. I am kicking myself for calling them yesterday
I just pray that when he runs off again he has a guardian angel looking over him and he stays safe). To answer another question..we do have leash laws in our town and in the county, I will report them to animal control maybe they can give them a warning at the least.
