I have a bad feeling that next time Choco isn't going to be so lucky as to end up here at the bank. He was seen on two of the busiest 4 lanes in our town this morning, so he had to have been running our free for at least an hour or more (and they didn't even know he was gone when I called them. |
Is there a leash law in your town ? if yes then I would call & report it as they can give the IDIOT owner a citation, sometimes when there hit in the pocketbook they grow a partial brain & try harder to keep the dog in. If this happens again & he lives to make it to the bank I would deff NOT return him , I would hide him before the Idiot gets there & take him to a rescue far from town.
