I would like to emphasize what a previous poster said, you have your money back, the pup is back with the "broker/breeder", so walk away. Take a deep breath, read everything here in the Library, on how to find a reputable breeder, read lots about this breed.

Then better, much better informed, you can make a well reasoned decision to either a)purchase a Yorkie from a reputable breeder or b) rescue a dog from the pound or c) sign up and apply to different Yorkie rescues and finally d) decide if a Yorkie is not for you or your lifestyle and start researching the different breeds.
