I"m the only one that is worried then? She said it was seven meat pizza! On top of all that fat and grease, there was also the cheese, that I would think would give them diarrhrea! Esp since he's never eaten any bad people food before, I would think he doesn't have a tolerance for this type of food.
If it were me, I'd do nothing until I saw runny stools, but I'd be a mess until I knew one way or another.
