Are you using a hand motion for sit? If not, you should have one for sit and a completely different looking one for lay down. Don't treat unless she does what you ask. So that you are right in doing. She is going to short cut to get the treat, she is a smart girl. The tough thing about training yorkies is you have to outsmart them and they often outsmart us! LOL
