You have to use your credit card if you want to get any applications for your ipad, even free ones. When I signed up for itunes they wanted my credit card info, and a couple weeks after that, I got a call from my credit card company. You can google itunes and fraud and get some information, but I still can't find the name of the company listed on my credit card. She did warn me to check my statements. |
Nancy you can get around using your credit card on ITunes. They make it appear as you have to use it but you don't. I have iTunes and an iPad. I have never given my credit card number and download apps all the time. For apps that cost you can purchase an iTunes card at Walmart. I would remove my information from there and use the iTunes card from now on.
