Good point. My cat got extremely sick when I bought home a much younger cat. He wouldn't leave Zoey alone. Fortunately my mom took him but when he was with me, my cat Zoey was so stressed she wouldn't even leave the room to go to her litter box, she even stopped eating. It was really sad, and while I didn't want to give the new cat away, it was the only way to ensure Zoey's health.
