That poor baby deserves an owner that loves him
My heart breaks for him, knowing that he is in a home where he's not really wanted and loved. It almost sounds like the man is TRYING to get the dog killed or lost!
I would NOT give the dog back a third time, and honestly, I would have probably had a super hard time even giving him back this time. WHY doesn't everyone love their babies the way we all do?!?!?!
