Hey guys! I wanted to share the outfit I just finished up for Katie Scarlett. Her 1st birthday is tomorrow and we are having a big party so I thought she should have a special outfit to match! I sort of mixed a pantsuit and a tutu on this one. I wanted it big and bold so the bday girl will stand out. I can't wait for the party!
