correct, what i usually do is start with 75% old & 25% new for 1 week , then gradually add in a little new each week till you get to
100% new...

just a suggestion but if she is tiny puppy you may want to try the
fromm 4 star grain free , it has very tiny kibble.
the acana may be too big for her to chew..
