Well, I am not so sure that a breeder is not at fault when a pup is abused and/or passed around.
In my mind, breeders who are worth anything CARE about where they place their pups and follow up on them periodically to see how they are doing.
Of course, I am of the mindset that there are not many breeders who do the above...and that to makes them not worth squat....if they cannot take the time to
properly place a pup in a safe and loving home AND take the time to follow up then they are doing it only for money and they SUCK imo.
