There are many questions to ask about anesthesia protocol....but the breeder has nothing to do with it.

Thank you! I was wondering about how the connection could be made for this myself. The breeder is also not responsible for any abuse that took place once the dog was placed or for how many times it was 'passed around' after it was placed. There is always a risk with anesthesia.
I know we are all passionate about Yorkies and rescue but care and caution should be taken before hitting the 'submit' button.
