I hear you on that one! I stay out of Kingston, it really isnt safe.
My mother owns two homes there...one in Kingston and one in the country..St. Mary. IF I'm going i will either stay in the country or head for the resort, usually Ocho Rios.
Even I'm considered a foreigner! Go figure!
