'hot and spicy'. i use about a tablespoon per pound of chicken. If you want a more medium use less....you can use it for fish and pork as well.
They also have an 'escoveitch pickle sauce'...same brand its more of a tangy taste mixed with some heat. Use this for dry frying fish, snapper or king fish is good with this.
