Craigslist is very scary, I have sold a few things on Craigslist but I am always very specific for local sales only, cash only, will meet in a puplic place and make the transactions.
I have also used VRBO.com and have had GREAT results. I rented a place in Destin for a few days and honestly the pictures did not do the house justice.
