Based on how closely yorkies bond with their owners, it doesn't surprise me much that many tend to get jealous. While Maci is very protective of me, I don't think she gets too jealous of other dogs. My sisters little Maltese is definitely worse. She will get upset and go off to "pout" if my parents or sister pay too much attention to Maci. She goes in spurts though. Most of the time jealousy isn't too big of an issue.
