4) roach back

If you have dogs with cotton coats and they are great examples of the breed in every other way...would you breed them?

I am asking b/c my friend has two yorkies with cotton coats and she would REALLY like to have one with a silky coat next time. Is is just a fluke or can you control that?
I'm not 100% positive about allergies but the other 3 ARE hereditary and should not be bred back. To breed, you must do so to better the breed. If one is breeding that back into pups, how can that be achieved?

You friend should get two quality dogs that exhibit the standard and start from there.
