Think of healthy human food, and remember that even a little fat can make them sick. So no chicken skin, but a little white meat won't hurt. I try to keep my meat servings to about a tablespoon for my 5 pound dogs, and less if the beef may have fat I can't see. I'd skip breads and crackers, they don't add enough nutrition, but most yorkies love vegetables, especially thawed frozen veggies because they don't contain salt, and they are already slightly cooked, so they are easier to digest. I also give my two a little egg once in a while, they love it cooked any way, and I give them about a tablespoon. It’s good to give a very small amount the first time, just to make sure there is no reaction and only one new food at a time. You might want to read the list of dangerous foods just to be safe: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...oods-dogs.html
