She could be nervous or maybe someone slipped her a tidbit that upset her or the food just picked this time to upset her. My dog grazes outside & eats things birds drop or cats carry into the yard and I have to watch him like a hawk since he recently had a bad G-I situation. Watch that baby and be sure she doesn't dehydrate from this. Dogs seem to eat grass when their tummy is upset & you then find it in their vomitus. Hope she is feeling better soon. If it keeps up, the vet may change her food for a while & put her on some nausea meds, etc.
