Hot and sour soup packages (that I fix up)

I didn't see this post. Haven't tried the Idaho potatoes, for some reason I hate making mashed potatoes, but didn’t care for the brands I’d tried. So will definately try this, my oldest son loves mashed potatoes.

Haven't tried the Bertoli either, so thank you. We probably should do a separate thread, I don't want to hijack yours, but I was just curious because good cooks, really can understand the differences in packaged foods, and you strike me as someone with sophisticated taste buds, I just want to be able to take a few short cuts now and then and still have a meal I can be proud of.
