I would keep a close eye on her, make sure her gums are moist and pink and that she is breathing normally. Any further signs of trouble, I would head to the ER vet.
Did she have anything unusual to eat before the grass? Any chews or anything?
I hope the episode is over and that she will be okay. Keep us posted.
