Knorr packets are always good for "fixing up". as are Zatarian's Rice boxes.
Hmmmm......I know I use some more packaged items that I can't think of at the moment......
Hot and sour soup packages (that I fix up)
Idaho packaged mashed potatoes ( I hate instant potatoes ~ these are pretty good
)
Tom Yum soup paste is a good "fake out" starter for Thai soup
